MacHounds provides out-sourced on-site consulting services at competitive hourly rates.

Maintenance and Prevention
MacHounds supplies support agreements that make sound fiscal sense. Ongoing support from MacHounds allows companies to focus on their core business secure in the knowledge that IT experts they know and trust are a phone call away. Contact MacHounds with your technology needs and questions and we will create a plan for your business.

Travel Time
Additional fees will be charged for travel time to clients beyond our primary service area in Manhattan. Areas affected by this charge include but are not limited to: Hoboken, Jersey City, the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Inwood and Washington Heights. Additional fees for servicing areas that extend beyond the boroughs of New York City and Northern New Jersey will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Hours of Operation
MacHounds operates Monday thru Friday from 9am to 6pm. All service is by appointment only. Additional charges will be incurred for evenings, weekends and Federal holidays.

Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled prior to 24hrs of scheduled appointment start time. Cancellations made within 24hrs of scheduled appointment start time are subject to a one-hour minimum charge. Charge may be waived if appointment is rescheduled within 48hrs of cancellation.
